About this Event
This workshop serves as an informational guide to the Your Texas Benefits online platform. Participants learn what the platform is, and the differences between using the website and mobile app as well as different basic features that can be controlled and viewed on each. In this workshop we also let community members know that Connected Dallas’ Digital Ambassadors are certified to help them navigate, upload documents, apply for and renew their benefits.
Learning Objectives:
- How to manage the Your Texas Benefits app and website account confidently in order to apply for, renew or manage benefits and its details.
- How to access and use the Help Center and available support services for troubleshooting.
- Shows a step by step to follow to be able to reset their password online and on the mobile app.
