Looking to stretch, relax, and connect? Join us at our Free Community Yoga benefitting local charities each month.
This series exists to make yoga accessible, build real community, and give back locally.
Your class is free with the donation of 2 items benefitting our monthly charity. Alternately, you're welcome to make a monetary donation in lieu of donated items as well . Together, we’re supporting our neighbors while caring for our bodies and nervous systems.
Our in-person yoga sessions are perfect for all levels—from beginners to seasoned yogis. No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just movement, breath, and connection for a good cause. Come support a local charity, and move alongside a community that cares.
Bring your mat, bring a friend, and enjoy a peaceful vibe with awesome people right in your neighborhood. No pressure, just good vibes and mindful moves.
Who this is for: Everyone! Ages 10+ welcome. No prior experience needed.
What to bring: Yoga mat and water bottle + a donation for the monthly charity.
Registration: Prior registration is required as space is limited. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation so someone else can join.
April Charity & Donations Requested: This month we are supporting Safe Place Austin's Children's Summer Program
Safe Place provides housing and resources to women and children recovering from abuse. They have about 150 kids who will participate in their summer camp and need resources to support them. They are asking for summer camp essentials.
Feel free to bring 1–2 items to DONATE from the list below:
- Full-sized sunscreen
- Kids’ /adults swim goggles
- Floaties or arm floaties for younger kids
- Beach towels
- Reusable water bottles
- Kids’ size sun hats or caps for sun protection
