Join us for a fun, feel-good community walk! 🌿
We’ll meet at Kargo MKT at 10:20am on Saturday, March 21st, then head off together for a relaxed walk along the canalside towards Trafford Palazzo. Once we arrive, we’ll grab a coffee or tea and enjoy some pastries together (optional). The walk there will take around an hour.
This is a lovely opportunity to get some fresh air, meet new people, and connect with the Wellness Hub community.
Afterwards, we’ll be walking back to MediaCity via the same route, so feel free to join us for the return walk. If not, you’re welcome to make your own way back, use transport, or stay on in Trafford if you already have plans there.
✨ Before the walk
On the same day, we’ll also be hosting our Morning Yoga session, so you’re very welcome to join us for that too. Yoga runs every Saturday at 9:00am for one hour. Drop-in sessions are available for £15.
