Join us for the Asbury United Methodist Church Community Health Fair & Wellness Screening!📅 Saturday, October 4
🕗 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
📍 4257 Kearneysville Pike, Shepherdstown
The health fair is free and open to the public with blood pressure checks, health information, vendors, cancer education and prevention resources, and refreshments.
👉 Wellness Screenings (8 – 10 a.m.)
Available for individuals 12 years and older. Affordable options include:
- CBC – $10
- CMP – $20
- Lipid panel – $15
- PSA – $20
- Vitamin D – $30
- Hemoglobin A1C – $20
- TSH – $20
- Hepatitis C – $20
- Vitamin B12 – $20
- FIT Kit colorectal screening – $25
📌 Pre-registration and payment are required by September 26.
