โ Quick sign-in, welcome & safety briefing
โ Warm-up (8โ10 mins)
โ Cardio block โ walk/jog/shuttles (12โ15 mins)
โ Strength circuit โ 6โ8 simple stations (15 mins)
โ Team finisher โ short, fun relay (8โ10 mins)
โ Cool-down & stretch (5โ8 mins)
