The Redditch Sustainable Swap: Round 4! 🌿The wait is finally over! 👗✨
We are back for our fourth community swap shop, and we’re on a mission to make Redditch more circular. This just means keeping clothes in use for as long as possible—moving them from one wardrobe to the next instead of buying new and throwing away.
Why Swap? Even when we donate to charity shops, they often struggle to process the sheer volume of clothes they receive. Many items still end up in landfill, incinerated, or sent abroad. Swapping ensures your clothes stay in the local community and get a second life immediately - helping everyone save money while reducing waste.
🔄 How it Works:
Bring: As much as you like! (Clean, gently worn, summer season clothing only (sorry, we have no storage for winter items between swaps!).
Take: Up to 20 items home with you.
Bonus: Depending on the volume we have on the day, we may even increase the take-home limit!
