New class format for Saturdays, 9 AM. Free Community Class. This class offers a whole body workout through karate and boxing drills at a more casual pace. Current members at any rank may invite a family member, friend, or guest. Newcomers to Best Karate are welcome for an Evaluation/Trial class, and be ready to laugh and sweat. As the name says, this will be offered weekly as a free class to our community.
Proper Attire: Gi pants and a T-shirt, or a T-shirt and joggers/shorts, with no shoes or sneakers. Jewelry should be removed for safety, and long hair and bangs tied back.
