Drop In for a FREE Community Care Offering - Lauren will be proving 5NP or NADA Ear treatments Sunday Feb 22nd from 1-3pm.This treatment involves the placement of 5 tiny needles (acupuncture) or seeds (acupressure) in each ear.
Benefits of the treatment include decreased stress & anxiety, increased calmness, better sleep, and reduced cravings for drugs and alcohol (including nicotine)
No prior experience with acupuncture is necessary. Ear acupuncture treatments last about 20-30 minutes. Ear seeds can be placed in just a couple minutes and can remain in ear for 3-4 days.
