Whether you are new to meditation or already on your journey, this session is open to all. Come as you are and experience the power of presence, calm, and clarity.
We begin with simple instructions to sit comfortably wherever we are. As we meditate, we keep gentle awareness on our crown (top of the head), letting the experience unfold naturally.
During meditation, there is no effort, no technique – just quiet observation of what is happening in silence. In this silent state of surrender in collectivity, our inner wisdom—the guru within—quietly begins to awaken, guiding us through a process of transformation that happens effortlessly. This meditation isn’t something to believe in—it’s something to experience. And once you do, nothing will feel quite the same.
