Free Class + Social Dancing In NYC

Looking to try something new in NYC? 🌆✨ Join us every Tuesday night for Free Salsa Class in NYC!!! A fun, welcoming, beginner-friendly salsa experience at Frita Batidos in Williamsburg! 💃🎶

Hey there!!! 👋😄 are you a newbie to dancing? 😛 no worries!! this is a perfect place for your first steps 😃✨. If you're not, we have something for you too 😉🔥

You'll be in an amazing environment where everyone is super friendly, the teachers are charismatic, and super fun! 🌟🤍

Free class from 7 pm to 8 pm and social dancing afterward 🕺💃

During this free class, people laugh a lot and enjoy while they learn the basic concepts of Cuban salsa and some fun open-level steps to do on the dance floor 😄🎶. We teach partner work, solo steps (shines), or Rueda De Casino 🔄💃

We're in love with this profession and dance lifestyle 💛, so you'll find people patient and willing to help you feel good and learn well 🙌😊

After the class, we'll keep playing music for hours so you can meet the people attending the class/event 🎧✨. Also, you can practice what you learned, talk with the teacher, and start to be part of this beautiful community 🤗💃

Because we appreciate the support of your coming and sharing your valuable time with us, we'll do a raffle/lottery for a free group class in the studio 🎟️🎁. To participate in the lottery you only have to attend the free class🌳💃

For those who already dance 💃🔥, during the free class besides teaching basic steps and turns, we'll teach different steps each class perfect to implement on the dance floor and look great in front of your dance partner 😏✨

Also after the class, there is the social dance where more experienced dancers join us and share the afternoon/night dancing with us 🌙🎶, so you're more than welcome to stay and keep dancing to the rhythm of Cuban salsa and a few bachatas 💃🕺

🕺 What to expect:

7–8 PM — Free Beginner Salsa Class

Learn real salsa basics in a friendly, judgment-free environment at an easy pace that feels fun from the very first step.

8–10 PM — Social Dancing

Try out your moves, meet new people, or relax and enjoy the music and atmosphere — however you like to spend your night.

🍹 Food & Drinks:

Frita Batidos serves Cuban-inspired food and traditional batidos (milkshakes), so you can dance, eat, sip, and socialize all in one place — it’s a full night out, not just a class.
