Discover edible plants growing close to home. Learn how to identify seasonal wild foods, harvest responsibly, and prepare them safely. The class begins with a classroom presentation, then moves outdoors for a guided nature walk (weather permitting) to see what is growing along the trail. EICC is offering free classes during April in celebration of Community College Month. Community College Month is coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees to increase awareness of the many economic, academic, and equity advantages. EICC is proud to be among 1,000+ institutions across the U.S. celebrating Community College Month.
