Step inside the hive. This introductory session explores honey bee biology, hive structure, and the role of a beekeeper. Learn about essential equipment, seasonal hive tasks, safety practices, and the environmental importance of pollinators. The session also covers common challenges such as pests and disease and what it takes to start and maintain a healthy colony.
