Do you have a hard time trying to understand what your infant or toddler needs and how you should respond? Don't worry, every parent does!
Circle of Security is designed to help parents understand and respond to their child's needs in a way that promotes safety, love, security, and healthy attachment. This program also helps parents identify their own personal struggles as a parent and how to overcome them.
Securely attached children go on to be more independent, more resilient, more content, and better able to have healthy relationships as they grow older.

- IN PERSON at Metropolitan Ministries
- recommended for expecting parents or parents of children ages 0-5, although all parents are welcome!
- 8 sessions long for 90 minute sessions
