Eclectic Voices is a welcoming and ambitious choir, led by the inspirational Scott Stroman...
...and we're on the lookout for new members.
Here are our plans for 2024-25:
- Voices in Rhythm....Steve Reich to Paul Simon ... plus Philip Glass, Charles Ives and songs from Cuba in the Lontano America Festival on London's South Bank
- Britten, Bach, and Eric Whitacre at Christmas ... with orchestra, soloists, and young singers at beautiful Union Chapel
- Mozart Requiem ... in the fascinating completion by Robert Levin, at Milton Court Concert Hall in the Barbican
- 'Water/Canons';.... Reena Esmail's Malhaar: A Requiem for Water, featuring Hindustani musicians, and Nico Mulhy's Bright Mass With Canons, featuring Union Chapel's famous organ, plus Poulenc
- Songs in the Key of Life ... Stroman's uplifting arrangements of Stevie Wonder's songs with a band from the London Jazz Orchestra, in Covent Garden and Geneva, Switzerland
Join us for a free workshop on Thursdays 12, 19 and 26 September from 7-9:30 PM...

If you'd like to join EV we'll arrange a simple audition.
- We welcome singers from all backgrounds and of all ages
- We rehearse on Thursdays, and pay a modest subscription fee
- We perform in great venues, with top professionals
- We sing both from scores and from memory, sometimes learning by ear
- We try to get at the heart of everything we sing
- We ask everyone to prepare at home for rehearsals, and provide lots of learning aids
- We strive for great results, and to have fun doing it!
