New, 3-session class scheduled for February 2026, for those with due dates in March or April 2026!Wednesdays: Feb. 4th, Feb. 11th and Feb. 18th (6pm-8:30pm)
(In case of weather related cancellation, "Snow Date" Feb. 25th)
Please be sure you can attend all 3 sessions. One support person may attend with the pregnant person. The class is free.
