Yoga Classes every Wednesday starting on April 24th at Christ Congregational Church (Palmetto Bay)Chair Yoga will start at 6pm
This class is done primarily sitting in a chair and is ideal for people with limited mobility.
It is important that you sign up because classes fill up very quickly. The form MUST be completed for each person attending.
These classes are for people ages 16 and up.
