Join us for a special Saturday March 29th at Millennium Dance Complex for a Cardio Drumming Debut. Our lead Drum Ambassador and instructor trainee, Tricia is hosting her first class. Class is Free/donation-based, so pay what you want when you register. THE MOST FUN YOU WILL EVER HAVE WORKING OUT!Cardio Drumming is a fitness class using exercise balls, drum sticks, and buckets. Call our class a mix between a cardio, HIIT, and dance class. The class contains 8 routines and 2 breaks between jamming (and ball hitting) to some of your FAVORITE SONGS. Music choices vary between Bruno Mars, Queen, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and so much more.
This class is for everyone of all fitness levels and guaranteed a great work out while you are having fun! (No kidding!)
Equipment:
All equipment will be provided for class. However, after the first class we highly encourage you to bring your own ball (55cm and larger)! Balls can be purchased during class as well. When purchasing tickets make sure to select the right ticket for you.
