From Sasha Barajas: My classes are light and intentional, sprinkled with meditation, stories, and sometimes song. My sequences are created to awaken and explore what lies within the mind and body. Join me for a class as I guide your journey to discover what lies beneath.
In addition to being a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology & Physical Education, am a Mindbody Green Certified Health Coach & have held a Group Fitness Certification for over twenty years.
