Come celebrate the festive season with us at the Canalside Christmas Fayre at North Merchiston Club! Warm up with a cozy cup of coffee from the North Merchiston Club Cafe, enjoy fun holiday activities, shop for unique gifts made by local artists, and say hello to the team at Fountainbridge Canalside Community Trust. We can’t wait to see you there!

Fountainbridge Canalside Community Trust (FCCT) aims to make our local area a better place to live, work, do business and visit!
We love to work in partnership with others to create unique experiences and events at canalside venues and on board our canal boat, the Lochrin Belle. We believe this brings vibrancy to the canal and helps build a dynamic community.
Our current activities include: running boats on the canal for community use and as a social enterprise, a large volunteering programme, a Canalside Health Walk, part of the Paths for All network, a weekly Canalside greenspace group and the organisation of community events and the Edinburgh Canal Festival. Generally we are interested in any opportunities that strengthen our community economically, environmentally or culturally, and promote social inclusion, sustainability and well-being.
