Come celebrate National Dance Week by trying out céilí dancing!Céilí (pronounced “kay-lee”) is a social dance style from Ireland. It is related to contra and square dance, but a little faster and danced to Irish music. We'll teach some basic footwork and try out a few dances in this low stress, beginner friendly class. No partner or dance experience required. As friend of the Meese Maldon Meehan likes to say, "If you can count to 7, you can céilí!"
Please bring comfortable shoes (no boots or high heels, please) and a water bottle. No registration necessary.
