FREE Pregnancy Aqua Class & Social – Wednesday 29th April ✨
Join us at Bromsgrove Sport & Leisure Centre for a FREE Aqua Natal session for women at all stages of pregnancy 💧
Enjoy a 1-hour instructor-led aqua class, specifically designed for pregnancy and led by a qualified midwife, in a relaxed and supportive environment, suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers.
After the session, stay for a café meet-up with the midwife, where you can chat, ask questions, and connect with other mums-to-be.
What’s included:
1-hour midwife-led pregnancy aqua class
Time to talk and ask questions with the midwife
Free tea or coffee
Free 1-month supply of pregnancy vitamins
