Hi my name is Louise after a short break after a back operation I have been getting back to fitness playing netball and running and training for half marathons
I will be running regular boot camps at Westfield park ( by buildbase ) Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.00pm - 6.45 pm
Commencing Tuesday After Easter
Introductory class is free!
Tuesday 22nd April
Followed by Tuesday and Thursday sessions £6 a session 2for£10
Weekly outdoor fun
