Do you love beer? Mimosas? How about Yoga?Join Coach Caren, owner of Kaia FIT Sierra, in a FREE, hourlong Beer-Mosa Yoga session at Local Beer Works (955 S. Virginia St.) in the heart of Midtown Reno! We'll be there at 11:30 a.m. the first Saturday of each month.
Don't worry ... we won't make you chug while you chaturanga. This is an all-abilities-welcome yoga workout that gives you opportunities to sip beer, mimosas or another beverage while you flow.
Everyone 21 and older is welcome! Men and women!
Please bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. You can purchase a beer or mimosa of your choice at Local Beer Works. You will be asked to sign in on a sign-in sheet when you arrive.
