About this Event

This class will be at our studio in Santa Monica! Free parking on the street out front after 6pm! Address: 1247 Lincoln Blvd. Santa Monica, CA 90401

Please wear layers, dress comfortably in sportswear (we WILL be stretching!), and in shoes that slide easily. No sneakers if you can help it (or at least make sure they slide and glide on the floor). Please practice good hygiene, and bring a bottle of water - you WILL need it! :)
