Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE "Lift 101" workout at our Sparks studio as part of our BRIK Friday evening series!Bring friends and family! Men, women, and children are all welcome! This workout also is for all abilities!
Join us at 5:30pm Friday, January 16th, at our Sparks studio (4854 Sparks Blvd. #102)! The studio is located in the back of the Vineyards Professional complex on Sparks Boulevard.
