Join us this summer for an invigorating journey through our Active Morning Movement Series, proudly brought to you by Strength in the City in collaboration with local fitness and wellness leaders.
Each session is designed to kickstart your day with energy and positivity, offering a range of dynamic activities that cater to every fitness level. From outdoor yoga sessions that embrace the tranquility of nature to heart-pumping boot camps that challenge your endurance, our series aims to inspire a holistic approach to wellness. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or looking to explore new avenues of health, our diverse lineup of experts is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Best of all, these sessions are completely donation based, providing an accessible opportunity for the community to come together and prioritize their well-being. THINGS TO NOTE:
-bring a yoga mat
-bring a water bottle
-class will be held in the grass at Theater on the Lake - just south of the roundabout
-parking is available on Cannon Dr near the Peggy Notebaert Museum
-class will begin promptly at 7am

*In the event of cancellation - you will be emailed at least 2 hours prior to the class.
**Donation proceeds benefit the STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation to provide free outdoor workouts such as these as well as offering health and wellness to underserved communities.
