Empowered Acro turns 9 in January & we’re celebrating with free acroyoga classes!
This beginner-friendly acroyoga class will focus on fundamental techniques for partner balances. Participants will work together in small groups to practice basing, flying, and spotting introductory poses. You'll be amazed by what you can do after just one session, and walk away with fun photos of your accomplishments.
