About this Event
We invite you to celebrate the closing ceremony of the Year of the Snake with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's World Trade Center in partnership with LUCKYRICE. Events will take place on the Oculus floor.
A FREE healing yoga session will be led by Eddie Stern followed by a lantern ceremony. This event is free and open to the public in collaboration with Infinite Harmony: Year of the Snake.
This free 90-minute session includes simple breathing practices, basic postures, and mindfulness practices geared towards embodying a new vision for the new year. These simple yet effective practices create states of inner balance, adaptability, resilience through generating a deep sense of calm in your nervous system.
This one day only session will be on Wednesday, February 12 from 6pm to 8pm inside the World Trade Center Oculus.*
- Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket.
- Space is limited and RSVP is recommended.
