Cheese & Wine Pairing

The tasting will start with a brief introduction to Spitfire Cheese Shop and the cheeses we'll be working with, followed by a series of four wine and cheese pairings, progressing from lighter to more robust flavors. The event will conclude with time to ask any questions, mingle, discuss, and enjoy additional cheese nibbles in the Romer's beautiful study.
