Free 10 minute mini appointments - Walk away from hip and knee pain

Join us for our upcoming hip and knee pain event. Mr Vishal Paringe, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, is offering free mini appointments on the 24th February 2026 to discuss your hip and knee concerns, and to provide advice on potential treatment options (including state-of-the-art Mako assisted hip and knee surgery available at Spire Parkway Hospital).

This will give you the opportunity to talk one-on-one with Mr Paringe and ask any questions you may have about potential treatment or pain management in a 10-minute consultation*.

Mr Paringe can provide you with the information on various treatments available at Spire Parkway Hospital, including:

2. Hip replacement surgery
3. Knee replacement surgery
4. Knee arthroscopy
5. Knee ligament surgery
6. Hip and knee sports injuries
7. MAKO robotic assisted hip and knee surgery

9. Platelet rich plasma therapy
10. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT)

How do I book?

Places are limited so booking is essential. Press the 'reserve a spot' and a member of our bookings team will give you a call to book your free consultation and allocate an appointment time.

You will be offered a complementary 10-minute mini-consultation between 4pm and 5pm.

*Mini consultations are an opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have and are not a formal outpatient consultation. If you wish to proceed to surgery, a full outpatient consultation will be required.
