Come join us at Shirley Heath Primary School - Family Hub for a relaxing session of Mindfulness Baby Tummy Time! Learn techniques to support your little ones development throught this wonderful vibrant class
These sessions are perfect for babies that are 0 weeks to 6 months old.
Our experienced instructors will guide you on how to facilitate mindfulness tummy time in a safe and confident way using a range of resoiurces that will stimulate your childs develeopment. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents and share tips and experiences.
We encourage tummy time each week through play, different tummy time positions and fun themes.

The extra benefit here is the guided mindfulness for you and your baby.
Baby Mindfulness classes offer parents the chance to switch off from the outside world and to simply enjoy relaxing with thier baby.
Our classes incorporate our unique award winning 7 steps approach and include, movement, play, gentle stretching, gentle baby touch, breathing exercises for parents and relaxation.
The session will give you a range of activities which will stimulate and calm, whilst supporting your baby's natural development. We use nursery rhyme to help enhance relaxation for your baby.

All resources will be provided, all that we ask is that you can bring a blanket for little one and a cushion for yourself.

All activities are baby led! We offer a range of blended themes.
You will recieve any handouts at the session.
There is Limited Parking at this Venue so we are asking you park on Coombe Road.
Please arrive at 10.40am due to accessing the building and be ready to start.
