It's back and bigger than ever. This is our 7th edition of Coaching for the Community, and our first of 2026. Last year alone, hundreds of people walked away with real breakthroughs: bold career moves, renewed clarity, and the confidence to finally take their next step. Now we're opening the doors again — and this time, the focus is on your next chapter in life.
Everyone is already living a story. But many people feel stuck in a chapter that no longer fits. The job that pays well but feels hollow. The dream you keep postponing. The nagging sense that you're capable of more — but you can't quite see how to get there. This event is for anyone who's ready to stop circling that feeling and start doing something about it.
For the 7th time running, it’s still completely pro-bono! (with optional donations to our selected charity through giving.sg, Ambulance Wish Singapore).

- Meet and chat with different performance & life coaches to find the right fit
- Learn what coaching really is through guided reflections and live interaction
- Get 3 free 1-on-1 coaching sessions with your selected coach, at your pace

What you'll experience

They're here because coaching changed their lives, and they want to give that to you.
On the day, you'll get to meet and have real conversations with multiple coaches, experience what coaching actually feels like through guided live interaction, and choose the one who feels right for you. After the event, you'll get 3 free 1-on-1 sessions with your chosen coach, at your own pace and on your own terms.
These are not student coaches. These are not practice runs. These are seasoned professionals who, in any other context, charge hundreds of dollars an hour, showing up for their community because they believe everyone deserves access to this.

Why ECI?
Executive Coach International has been building some of Singapore's most respected coaches since 2007. We are one of the only coaching organisations in Singapore to be conferred 2 Hearts by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC). Our community has raised over S$22,000 for charity through this initiative alone.
This is our 7th time running this event. We've refined every detail so that from the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, not awkward. Guided, not overwhelmed. And by the time you leave, clearer than when you arrived.
