Children between the ages of 3 and 14 who would like to participate will need to register.
There is no fee.
The parents, friends and siblings who accompany these participants do not need to register.

There is street parking only for this event.
This event will be held on the lawn of Olmsted-Beil House Park, 4515 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312.
