Join the Frederick County Master Gardeners to discuss the benefits of plants to your wellbeing and take a walk in the demonstration garden.

Experience the healing power of the garden and plants. We will start with a discussion of the benefits of nature to your wellbeing and then take a walk in the mediation garden for mindfulness activities. Learn about mala beads, and how to make your own mala bracelet to take home with you.
