Each month, we gather in the calming Himalayan Salt Room at Fred Parker Wellness in Studio City for a women’s circle led by Mindset and Self-Leadership Coach, Kate Thomas. These circles are designed to be supportive, thoughtful spaces to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

Each gathering is guided by a theme or simple prompt, inviting women to share experiences, insights, and reflections from hopes and goals to everyday challenges in a way that feels respectful and intentional. Clear guidelines help create a container where listening is as valued as speaking. In each circle, a quiet collective wisdom takes shape, offering perspective, connection, and encouragement.
