Grab your friends, we'll have the popcorn, and prepare to be entertained by some of the best short horror films out there. From supernatural hauntings to horror satirs, this event is perfect for all horror and film enthusiasts.

Freak It Fest is a special spooky season screening of our monthly Fuck It Fest. Fuck It Fest was born from the idea of just getting out there and shooting something. How often do you think to yourself, I want to make a short film but I don’t have the time or resources? We at Fuck It are here to tell you that resources are bullshit and time is a construct. The film community can be too precious with our projects. Fuck It is an outlet to share your work in it’s various imperfect forms and celebrate the act of simply creating. 

Enough fancy talk, so what the fuck is Fuck It? Think 48 hour Film Project meets underground comedy shows. We encourage creators to make their short within a month of its screening with whatever camera, crew, friends, and time they already have. Often we have shorts that are shot and edited within a week of the screening and the directors love it! The idea of the screening is to force creatives to get out of their head, embrace the “fuck it” of it all, and just make something!
