9:00 am to 11:15 am (by appointment)
(Allow one hour for event)
Who: Children ages 6-11
Participants must:
Have a parent present
Independently ride a working 2-wheeled bicycle (NO training wheels)
Wear a helmet
Registered participants will receive:
Free Helmet
Free Bike safety check
Certificate of Completion
Free Bike License (Franklin residents only)
Ride through obstacle course
