Afterglow Yoga Co. is bringing outdoor sunset yoga to New Lenox this summer.

Join us at Francis Field for a relaxed, all-levels class designed to help you move and unwind. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a regular, this gentle vinyasa style class is approachable, welcoming, and set at a comfortable pace.

Each class will take place outdoors in the evening around sunset, creating a calm and easygoing atmosphere to end the day.

Bring a yoga mat, water and a friend. All levels welcome!
