About this Event
It's the third-annual Framily 5K at Mill Ridge Park for friends, family, and fido, too.
The grassland loop trail starts and ends at the new Mill Ridge Regional Park and meanders among blooming meadows, hilltops, trees, cedar glades, and ponds and streams. Alternatively, there’s a quarter-mile paved loop trail around the great lawn.
Participation is free while premium participation is $35 and includes an official timing chip and bib, seasonal Framily 5K t-shirt, professional Framily 5K photograph, and a Friends of Mill Ridge Park water bottle. Intermediate results will be posted onsite and final results will be posted online the day of the 5K. Refreshments, DJ music, and first aid supplies will be provided by Friends of Mill Ridge Park. The proceeds from the Framily 5K create park programs and parkland care by Friends of Mill Ridge Park.
