Join us for a two-part, in-depth framing demonstration led by our Manager of Programming, Taylor Gibson. In the first session, you’ll learn how to construct a custom frame from start to finish, including sizing frame stock, cutting glass, woodworking joinery, and using the necessary tools to build a frame.
After a brief lunch break (lunch provided for double attendees), Taylor will demonstrate how to assemble all the individual components, mount or mat a work of art, and seal the frame to ensure your piece is protected and ready to hang. Whether framing for your personal collection or preparing for an exhibition, this workshop will equip you with the skills to showcase your artwork professionally.
Participants are welcome but not required to attend both sessions and may attend either session.
