Using the time-honored technique introduced by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas in Zentangle Primer Volume 1, we’ll explore how small pattern fragments, when mirrored and placed within a reticulum (grid framework), transform into something much greater—a mesmerizing, unified design.In this session, we're going old school, with a classic black-and-white palette on a white Zendala tile, carefully placing and rotating our chosen fragment to create an intricate, symmetrical composition. As the pattern unfolds, feathered wings emerge, evoking the grace and wisdom of an owl in flight. We’ll also incorporate original tangles from Zentangle headquarters, blending tradition with personal expression.
