How do we move from feeling fragmented to finding true connection within our own bodies?
Many of us live with ongoing fatigue, persistent pain, or a deep sense of being overwhelmed—even while doing everything we can to stay well. When we only treat our symptoms in isolation, we miss the deeper conversation our system is trying to have with us.
On Saturday, June 13th, join me at the Newcastle Buddhist Centre for Fragmentation to Connection: A Deeper Approach to Health.
This workshop is an invitation to step out of the noise and explore integrative health as a living intelligence. Together, we will look beyond symptom-focused care to understand the whole system, using gentle somatic approaches and integrative practices to help the body reorganize, restore energy, and return to its natural clarity.
Whether you are navigating chronic health struggles, burnout, or simply wishing to cultivate a deeper relationship with your body’s wisdom, you are so welcome here.
