FRAGCON 2026 | Global Fragrance Convention

FRAGCON (Global Fragrance Convention) is a two-day immersive fragrance experience celebrating scent, culture, creativity, and community. The event brings together fragrance lovers, creators, brands, media, and industry professionals from around the world.

Attendees will explore niche and ultra-niche perfumes, designer and artisan fragrance houses, bath & body brands, candles, home scent, interactive activations, live panels, food, drinks, and exclusive after-hours experiences.

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be released on March 21, 2026.

Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets must be purchased online via Eventbrite only. Eventbrite is the only authorized ticketing platform.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. There will be no ticket sales at the door.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?
Yes, only if tickets are still available, and they must be purchased online prior to arrival.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable
• Tickets may not be forwarded or shared
• Tickets must be purchased in the attendee’s legal name
• Identification may be required at check-in
• Each ticket is valid for one scan per event day only
• Once scanned, tickets cannot be reused

Any attempt to duplicate, resell, transfer, or misuse tickets may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

Will there be early pass pickup?
Yes. Early credential pickup will be available on Thursday at designated FRAGCON partner hotels.

If I lose my pass, will I receive a replacement?
No. Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced.
A new pass must be purchased online, subject to availability. No exceptions.

FRAGCON will be fully secured at all times.

Security includes:

• Professional private security
• Houston Police Department (HPD) presence
• Security stationed at every entrance, exit, door, access point, and perimeter
• Full coverage of event space, surrounding grounds, and parking areas

Uniformed security and Holaw enforcement will be clearly visible throughout the event.

Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security, and law enforcement.

VIP ticket holders receive exclusive benefits including:

• Entry two hours earlier than General Admission
• Separate VIP entrance with no waiting lines
• Access to a VIP lounge & relaxation area
• Complimentary Champagne service
• Reserved VIP seating areas
• Alternate restroom access

• Live panels, discussions, and speakers will take place throughout the event
• Panel seating is first-come, first-served
• Reserved seating is available for VIP ticket holders
• General Admission seating is limited

• Candles & home scent
• Fragrance-making stations
• Candle-making activations
• Activation Sites

Personal perfume bottles are not permitted inside FRAGCON.

Fragrance sampling and testing are available only through approved exhibitors and official activation stations to ensure safety and allergen control.

FRAGCON is a strict no-solicitation event.

• Only licensed and approved FRAGCON exhibitors may promote, distribute, sample, or sell products
• Unauthorized promotional items will be confiscated immediately
• Solicitation rights are reserved exclusively for approved vendors

• Food vendors featuring international cuisines
• Cash bars located throughout the venue
• Water stations available
• Designated seating, rest areas, and breakout zones

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the event
• Smoking or vaping may only occur in designated outdoor areas if allowed by the venue
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will be handled by law enforcement

• All bags will be searched upon entry
• Only small personal bags are permitted Bag Policy:
  Only small personal bags are permitted. Bags must not exceed 8” x 6” x 2”.
  Backpacks, tote bags, large purses, and oversized bags are not allowed.
  All bags are subject to search upon entry.

  • Personal perfume bottles
  • Unauthorized promotional materials
  • Large professional photography/video equipment
  • Any item deemed unsafe by security

• Personal photography and video are permitted
• Large professional equipment is only permitted for approved FRAGCON media
• Professional equipment may only be used during designated media pass hours
• FRAGCON will be filming and photographing the event
• Attendance constitutes consent to be recorded for promotional use

All photographers and videographers, must apply for approval. PASSES ARE LIMITED

• After-parties are not included with general admission
• Some events may require separate tickets or VIP access
• Locations will be announced closer to the event

The first 500 registered attendees will receive a FRAGCON swag bag valued at over $500.

FRAGCON reserves the right to:

• Confiscate prohibited items
• Deny entry or remove attendees without refund
• Enforce all venue, city, and state regulations
