Together, we’ll share a cup of illumina cacao. A Premium quality ceremonial grade cacao in a space of reverence, connection and intention. Info: Julia is an up & coming Body Worker trained by some of the best. She will gently guide you by using movement as a doorway into sensing, releasing and re-connecting with your body. Her sessions invite you to listen beneath stories and habits, allowing your body to lead. You will feel forgotten parts of yourself as you are helped to let go of anything that no longer serves you. Together, we will be guided through a perfect pre-dance preparation process to enable you to fully embrace the Dance. Through powerful yet soft shaking we become embodied and awake. A rare treat. Julia does not do this very often but when she does, it is worth every delicious drop. You will wonder why they don't do this else where. This is preparation for the intense lift off to go Beyond Ecstatic Dance into another dimension of Life. American heritage with European and other world influences, composing soundscapes that will guide us though an emotionally connecting journey into ourselves and Beyond. Sometimes deep & solemn, sometimes light & driving, yet always connecting to the field of (un)written stories.
