Engage in a six-month cohort that combines instructor-led live virtual and in-person learning. Learn the role of the leader, peer to supervisor dynamics, conflict management, navigating difficult personalities, communication, goal setting, problem solving, delegation, interviewing and hiring skills, important conversations, employee motivation and feedback, coaching, time management, action planning. Obtain a certification through completion of the sessions and be recognized at the program graduation.
