Every 1st and 3rd Friday, join Tenaya Taylor for a welcoming yoga experience, open to all levels, beliefs, abilities, and genders. Learn the foundations of yoga and grounding with gentle stretches and poses, guided breathing, and meditation.Bring water, a yoga mat, and a small towel (we will have extras if you need them). Wear comfy clothes you can move in.
