SLFPA-E will be hosting a Career Fair on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 10AM-3PM.The roles that FPA-E is seeking to fill are:
- Electrician Specialist
- Engineering Technician
- Maintenance Repair Master (Facilities)
- Mechanic
- Mobile Equipment Operators
- Procurement Manager
- Safety/Emergency Preparedness Coordinator
- Sergeants - Orleans Levee District Police Department
As a state agency, all applications must be submitted through Civil Service. However, to ensure a smooth application process, a Civil Service mobile unit will be on-site. Representatives from Civil Service and the Louisiana Workforce Commission will assist anyone needing help with their application or career advancement information.
