Four Eyed Muscle Man:
Four Eyed Muscle Man (FEMM) is a four-piece alt-rock band (Joseph, Joe, Jeff, Soleil) from Ottawa, blending classic and modern influences, rock, pop, new wave, indie, metal, funk, and blues. Fronted by Soleil’s powerhouse vocals, FEMM crafts eclectic, genre-bending songs that explore humanity, modern life, and environmental themes.
FEMM had their first major show in July of 2025, opening up for Los Bitchos at Blues Fest in Ottawa. Their debut album was recorded at Hotel 2 Tango in Montreal with Howard Bilerman, released February 2026. Audiences have described their sound as “if Tool did jazz,” and wondered, “why haven’t we heard you on the radio?”
Juventud:
Juventud is an indie band from Ottawa, ON, blending dreamy lo-fi with the crashing waves of surf rock. Their EP Remembrance of Things Past in Search of Lost Time was described by Ottawa website Neighbourhood Noise as "perfectly encapsulating the ennui of late capitalism while appealing to a shared sense of nostalgia." Juventud, meaning "youth" in Spanish.
Knock On Wood:
Formed in 2019, Knock On Wood is an Ottawa-based trio blending tropical grooves, earthy rhythms, and global influences into an uplifting and dynamic live experience.
The group features three multi-instrumentalists who bring percussion, vocals, guitar, flute, violin, and more into a fluid, collaborative performance style. Their shows move between original songs and reimagined covers, often inviting audience interaction and participation.
With a focus on rhythm, connection, and spontaneity, Knock On Wood delivers performances that are as engaging as they are unpredictable.
Me and Jason were absolutely amazed by how many of you showed up last year and we've decided to take things to the next level this year.
