Four Tuesday evenings to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. Each evening stands on its own - so you are welcome to join all four or just the ones that fit your schedule.Each session explores a different theme drawn from yoga and meditation traditions:
7 April – Heart Meditation (Anahata Chakra)
Focus: Cultivating compassion, forgiveness, and emotional healing.
14 April – Breath Awareness & Pranayama
Focus: Balancing energy, calming stress, and restoring relaxation.
21 April – Mantra & Sound Meditation
Focus: Letting vibrations guide you into focus, clarity, and connection to higher energy.
28 April – Yoga Nidra / Guided Relaxation
Focus: Entering deep rest, subconscious healing, and a gentle inner journey.
The evenings are gentle and accessible. No prior experience is needed.
