Join us at the Clearwater Zen Center For a three-day intensive meditation. - We will begin three rounds of sitting on Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm with a tea ceremony and finish at 8:30 pm.
- Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be all day from 6:30/8:30 am until 6:30 pm, where we will sit in Zazen, have chanting practice, a work period, Teisho (a Dharma talk), Dokusan (individual instruction) along with rest periods and lunch which the center will provide.
- Sunday will be our usual program from 9:30 am til 11:30 am, and we’ll finish with a closing circle.
Please arrive at the center 15 minutes early each day and avoid wearing eye-catching clothing (bright colors, big logos, etc.). You do not need to worry about keeping track of time or maintaining the schedule; all that will be handled. It is a great opportunity for beginners and experienced practitioners to deepen their practice. You are welcome to participate in the whole weekend or parts. We ask that you let us know in advance so we can get the food quantities correct.
Suggested donations are $30 for Wednesday, $60 for Thursday, Friday or Saturday, or $170 for the whole weekend. Any additional contributions are highly appreciated.
